The SA Army under the leadership of Lt Gen Solly Shoke has decided to establish an internal hospice to cater for the needs of those uniformed members who have been afflicted by the HI virus.
The location of this facility is likely to be one of the Army bases in Gauteng and work is underway for the plans to be finalized.
