The above sections are managed and controlled by dedicated departmental heads who hold appropriate qualifications in their field.

They operate independently and capable of working under immense pressure.

Mechanical

Refurbishing, Repair and Service

Manufacturing and Welding

• Manufacture any components or structure from mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel and brass to specification.
• Any size of load bodies (single, double and tri-axles) to specification.
• Sheet metal and figure pressing.
• Profiling – design development.
• Steel pressing.
• Welding and assembly.
• Vehicle body building.
• Manufacture and repair gas equipment namely stoves and showers.

Welding

A combination of trained welders and modern welding machines ensures high standard of welding. We specialise in the following:

Upholstery

An experienced team was task to satisfy our clients and they have succeeded to do that in the following areas:

• Car ports shading

Engineering

Our engineering section is equipped with the following machinery which make every job a masterpiece:

• 3m Lathe
• Milling machine
• Computer linked CNC Profile cutter
• Tarret lathe
• 2.8m Guillotine
• 3m Brake press
• CNC Digi bend (flat bar and pipe bener)
• Essentrical press
• Cropper (cutting, notching and punching)

With the above machinery our engineering department is then able to:

• Design and develop any steel components, structure and objects to specification.
• Design and develop any figure or pattern for assembling.
• Manufacture tooling and dies.

Spray Painting

High quality standard of paint work is our trademark. We specialise in:

• Heavy commercial vehicles.
• Earth moving equipment.
• All components from the manufacturing department.
• We also do panel beating of the highest standard.

Pre-treatment of mild steel includes:

• Discaling of mild steel components.
• Rust prevention treatment.
